In actual production, mold wear, differences in material batches, equipment aging and changes in the operating environment may affect dimensional accuracy. Therefore, enterprises need to establish a strict quality control system, regularly maintain and inspect molds, conduct strict inspections on materials, and optimize stamping process parameters to ensure that the dimensional accuracy of stamping products is always at an excellent level.
